1. Scope of Services

• Matchmaking Services:

  Sehar Marriage Bureau provides personalized matchmaking services, including profile creation, proposal searches, and facilitating connections based on client preferences such as education, profession, family background, cultural values, and religious beliefs.

• Consultation and Events:

  We offer private consultations, counseling, and may organize exclusive matchmaking events in a dignified and professional setting.

• Service Limitations:

  We do not guarantee marriage or successful matches, as outcomes depend on mutual consent and compatibility.

2. Eligibility

• Age and Legal Capacity:

  Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a marriage contract.

• Client Profile:

  Services are exclusively for upper-middle-class and elite individuals, including professionals and business owners, as determined by Sehar MB’s screening process.

• Second Marriages:

  Clients must disclose their marital status and comply with legal and Islamic requirements.

• Honesty Requirement:

  Clients must provide accurate and complete information throughout the matchmaking process.

3. Registration and Membership

• Application Process:

  Clients must complete a detailed registration form, provide valid identification, and attend a private consultation to discuss preferences and expectations.

• Membership Plans:

  Sehar MB offers free and premium membership plans. Premium plans provide enhanced services. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Profile Verification:

  All profiles are subject to verification, including checks for identity, education, and marital status.

• Profile Approval:

  We reserve the right to approve or reject profiles based on eligibility and alignment with our values. Rejected applicants will be refunded within 14 days.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Data Protection:

  We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

• Confidential Matchmaking:

  Details are shared only with selected candidates with your consent.

• Non-Disclosure:

  Clients may not share information about others; violations may result in legal action.

• Data Retention:

  Data is retained for the membership duration and up to one year after termination.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information:

  Clients must provide truthful and current information at all times.

• Respectful Conduct:

  All interactions must be professional and respectful.

• Decision-Making:

  Clients are responsible for decisions regarding proposals and marriages.

• Legal Compliance:

  Clients must comply with all applicable laws.

6. Fees and Payments

• Membership Fees:

  Premium fees are payable upfront and non-refundable, unless the profile is rejected.

• Additional Charges:

  Extra charges may apply for optional services and will be communicated in advance.

• Payment Methods:

  Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other methods in PKR unless agreed otherwise.

• No Hidden Fees:

  All pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

7. Service Termination

• By Client:

  Clients can terminate membership anytime with written notice. Refunds only in case of service failure.

• By Sehar Marriage Bureau:

  We may terminate services for false information, misconduct, or legal violations.

• Effect of Termination:

  Access ceases and data is retained as per policy.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Marriage:

  Matchmaking success is not guaranteed.

• Third-Party Actions:

  We are not liable for actions of third parties or clients.

• Background Checks:

  Clients must conduct their own due diligence.

• Force Majeure:

  We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

• Ownership:

  All materials and content are the property of Sehar Marriage Bureau.

• Restricted Use:

  Unauthorized use of our IP is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

• Client Content:

  By submitting content, clients grant us permission to use it for matchmaking purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation:

  Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

• Governing Law:

  These terms are governed by Pakistani law, and disputes shall be handled in Lahore courts.

11. Goodwill and Business Interest Protection

• Non-Compete:

  Clients may not operate a competing matchmaking service during and for one year post-membership.

• Non-Solicitation:

  Clients may not solicit Sehar’s staff or clients for personal/business reasons without consent.

• Reputation Protection:

  False or defamatory statements may result in legal action.

• Database Protection:

  Clients may not misuse or share database information.

12. Amendments

• Updates:

  We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice via email or our website.

• Continued Use:

  Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement:

  These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the full agreement between Sehar MB and the client.

• Severability:

  If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

• Assignment:

  Clients may not transfer rights; Sehar MB may assign its rights to a successor with notice.

• Waiver:

  No waiver is valid unless signed in writing by Sehar MB.

By registering with Sehar Marriage Bureau or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
